We offer competitive technical service solutions in the fields of SPECT,SPECT/CT，PET/CT,and cyclotrons for maintenance and repair of nuclear medicine equipments，as well as the development of PACS systems for nuclear medicine imaging and remote expert consultation systems.Our aim is to provide users with a variety of choices.
Repair serves customers across all provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China except Tibet and Taiwan, with top hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Xi'an, Changchun, Changsha, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Urumqi, among other areas. With the trust and support from over 400 clients (currently there are approximately 1,200 hospitals with nuclear medicine departments in China), we have gradually become the most influential enterprise in the field of technical services for nuclear medicine equipment in China.
To respond promptly to service demands from various regional hospitals, Repair has set up four centers and twenty-five maintenance stations nationwide. This significantly reduces travel time for engineers to reach hospitals. Additionally, we utilize our "remote fault diagnosis system" to analyze fault phenomena first, improving repair efficiency. Ruipai Medical has also developed an online spare parts allocation management system which ensures clear control over supply processes, guaranteeing timely delivery of spare parts to hospitals while maintaining sufficient inventory.
Repair provides comprehensive services to support the establishment and improvement of nuclear medicine departments, aiming to optimize management and operational processes. We assist in the clinical promotion of nuclear medicine applications, tailor examination projects based on specific hospital conditions, provide training for relevant personnel, introduce expert resources for clinical guidance and remote expert consultations.
Repair is actively committed to the development and growth of nuclear medicine in China, making every effort to give back to society. We have established the 'Ding Gong Maintenance Forum' on a professional website for nuclear medicine, collaborated with the Youth Committee of the Chinese Society of Nuclear Medicine to organize nationwide Rui Pai Quality Control Lecture Tours, hosted the 'Rui Pai Cup' nuclear medicine knowledge competition, participated in the National Key Research and Development Program by the Ministry of Science and Technology for 'PET-CT Comprehensive Evaluation and Training System Research and Practice' (2017YFCO113300) project, established a nuclear medicine imaging consultation platform based on global Chinese experts in nuclear medicine, formed five Rui Pai Exchange Groups' to facilitate communication and experience sharing among nuclear medical professionals including renowned experts such as Dr. Li Yi from the United States and Professor Oliver Wong from overseas. Additionally, we have jointly built a training base for Medical Physicists (Nuclear Medicine) with organizations like Chinese National Health Association, providing training in areas such as quality control in nuclear medicine, clinical application sonuclear medicine, as well as hospital directorship and departmental management in nuclear medicine.
